You can basically subscribe to anything with RSS using Bloglines! A few cool things I did with Bloglines was to subscribe to specific tags in Craigslist and Flickr
WHAT I DID: When browsing Craigslist, any page you will be on will have a Live Bookmark/RSS logo while surfing in Firefox or IE7.0. So after you are in a section you want to keep coming back to, click the RSS logo in Firefox to be able to add it directly to Bloglines, or copy the URL and paste it into Bloglines. You can also do a query and subscribe to that query. ie-- searching for "No Pets" in the apartment section and then using that URL or RSS button will make your feed contain those specs.
You can follow similar steps for Flickr using tags, etc.
